Receiving a product or service that does not meet our expectations and, above all, that does not serve us for what we require can be annoying. When it comes to a personal use product or one that we do not urgently need, we can handle the situation with greater flexibility, however, in cases where that product is part of a project in the work environment, the situation really worsens; it can mean a big problem for the continuity of this and deteriorate the relationship with the parties involved, especially our customers.
Therefore, it is important to define from the beginning the expected characteristics of the product; whether it is something very standard or if it is something specialized and it is necessary to investigate more deeply with our work team or with our client about the properties it must have to satisfactorily fulfill the final application.
At Ulbrinox we are interested in offering the best proposal to our customers, therefore when a quote request is received there are elements that cannot be missing:

The elements listed above represent the minimum characteristics to be able to proceed with the RFQ and give a general, but effective response to the quote request.
However, the more complete and specific the information provided, the more accurate the proposal that the client will receive. Ideally, a quote request should also include the following data:
- Material finish: 2B, 2D, BA, TR, MILL, P3, P4, etc.
- Tolerances of thickness, width and length (if applicable)
- Applicable regulations
- Packing specifications: weight per roll; coating (paper / plastic); weight per pallet; internal diameter; external diameter, etc.
- Material application/ Part to be manufactured
- Project duration and start date
